The Bonding Project offers interactive assessments, reports, and educational materials designed to help individuals reflect on their bonding styles and relationship patterns.
Our tools are intended for self-reflection, education, and research purposes only. They are not diagnostic and should not be treated as psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By accessing or using our site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Use of the Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Payments: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information for all purchases or communications.
Non-Transferability: Accounts and purchased reports are personal to you and may not be shared or resold.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on The Bonding Project website — including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, archetype names, frameworks, and research descriptions — is owned or licensed by The Bonding Project and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may:
Use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any part of the content without prior written consent from The Bonding Project.

6. Research and Data Use
When you take the Bonding Test, your responses are anonymized and may be used for research to improve our framework and understanding of bonding patterns.
We never sell personal information, and all published results are presented in aggregate form.

Our total aggregate liability, for any claim related to your use of our Services, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
